Eliminare l'account

Puoi eliminare il tuo account WhereWear e tutti i dati collegati in qualsiasi momento, gratuitamente.

Dall'app (immediato)

Apri WhereWear e tocca il cerchio con la tua foto o le tue iniziali, in alto a destra nell'Armadio.
Vai su Account e sincronizzazione.
Tocca Elimina account e conferma due volte.

Serve la connessione a internet. L'eliminazione avviene subito.

Via email

Se non puoi usare l'app, scrivi a info@wherewear.it dall'indirizzo email con cui ti sei registrato, indicando "Eliminazione account". Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e ti confermiamo l'avvenuta cancellazione.

Eliminare solo alcuni dati (senza eliminare l'account)

Puoi cancellare dati specifici in qualsiasi momento dall'app; le modifiche vengono applicate subito anche nel cloud:

Un capo e le sue foto: apri la scheda del capo → Elimina definitivamente.
Una casa, stanza, mobile o vano: aprilo dalla sezione Mobili → Elimina (deve essere vuoto).
Nome e foto del profilo: Profilo → tocca la foto → Rimuovi la foto; cancella il nome.
Tutti i capi, i mobili, le foto e lo storico, mantenendo l'account: Profilo → Cancella tutti i dati.

In alternativa scrivi a info@wherewear.it indicando quali dati vuoi eliminare: provvediamo entro 30 giorni.

Cosa viene eliminato con l'account

l'account (email e password);
il profilo (nome e foto del profilo);
i capi, le foto dei capi, le case, le stanze, i mobili e i vani;
le liste di prelievo, lo storico dei movimenti e le statistiche;
le liste e categorie personalizzate.

Non conserviamo copie dei tuoi dati dopo l'eliminazione. Le copie di sicurezza tecniche del fornitore che ospita il database vengono sovrascritte automaticamente entro pochi giorni.

Se usi l'app senza account, i dati restano solo sul tuo telefono: per cancellarli usa Profilo → Cancella tutti i dati, oppure disinstalla l'app.

Delete your account

You can delete your WhereWear account and all related data at any time, free of charge.

In the app (immediate)

Open WhereWear and tap the circle with your photo or initials, top right in the Wardrobe.
Go to Account & sync.
Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

An internet connection is needed. Deletion happens immediately.

By email

If you cannot use the app, write to info@wherewear.it from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.

Delete only some data (keeping the account)

You can delete specific data at any time in the app; changes are applied to the cloud immediately:

An item and its photos: open the item → Delete permanently.
A home, room, piece of furniture or compartment: open it in Storage → Delete (it must be empty).
Profile name and photo: Profile → tap the photo → Remove photo; clear the name.
All items, furniture, photos and history, keeping the account: Profile → Delete all data.

Or write to info@wherewear.it saying which data you want deleted: we do it within 30 days.

What is deleted with the account

the account (email and password);
the profile (name and profile photo);
items, item photos, homes, rooms, furniture and compartments;
pick lists, movement history and statistics;
custom lists and categories.

We keep no copies of your data after deletion. Technical backups held by the database host are overwritten automatically within a few days.

If you use the app without an account, your data stays on your phone only: delete it with Profile → Delete all data, or uninstall the app.
